14K yellow gold mother of pearl, onyx, and diamond pendant. One half of the heart is a specialty cut Mother of Pearl, while the other side is a specialty cut Onyx. Bezel set in the center of the pendant is one round brilliant-cut, natural diamond, 0.05ct. The pendant hangs on an 18" cable chain, with the ability to wear it at 16" 2.4 grams.
