14K yellow gold diamond dolphin Mahi pendant. The pendant is reversible with one side being set with 54 round full-cut, natural diamonds, 0.37ctw., pAve set. The opposite side is high polished only, no diamonds. Both sides of the fish display one round full-cut emerald set in the eyes. The pendant measures approximately 1.5” x 0.50”, not including the plain bail. 5.73 grams.
