The pendant is set with five pear shaped blue sapphires, totaling 1.0ct total weight, and 21 round brilliant-cut, natural diamonds, totaling 0.20ct total weight. All of these stones are prong set. The cross measures approximately 20mm x 16mm, with a hidden bail on the back. 1.8 grams.
