This review is long overdue. Zak’s jewelry store was outstanding. They were wonderful to work people to work with . Unfortunately, I had to replace a wedding an engagement ring. There was absolutely no pressure at all. I made several trips there before I purchased the rings. Everyone was extremely helpful. I liked the fact that they’re a family run business. Cape Coral’s first jewelry store. Very much established ( 41 years) I felt very comfortable working with them. Their selection for jewelry was first rate, amazing, & eye catching. The quality of rings were excellent, so many wonderful ones to choose from. So happy to have done business there. There prices were extremely reasonable. I left there feeling very happy an satisfied. The employees are very knowledgeable & helpful. I asked for a specific clasp & they found it & had it ready for pickup in a couple days. It wasn’t a big sale but they took care of it right away. Their jewelry is beautiful. I will go back to their store.

I had two rings that needed new stones. One was an opal and the other was a sapphire. They did a beautiful job on both and the pricing was decent. Also had some repairs and a sizing. Everything came back excellent. Very friendly As well Definitely recommend

Zak's repaired a precious necklace that had been worn for over 35 years ! It looks like new again. Truly appreciate their in-house repair service. I also brought 3 rings in to be resized that I haven't been able to wear in years...looking forward to wearing them again soon.

I had several rings serviced for size and stone replacement. All work was well done and staff is open and friendly, and most importantly knowledgeable. They also make jewelry upon request, which I found many other jewelers are distributors for other companies and do not design.

I took my wedding ring in to be sized, they were awesome, the new size fits perfect & they gave me good info on compression sleeves to wear on my fingers due to arthritis. I highly recommend Zak’s!!
