Went in to get my ring resized. Not only did they do an excellent job, but they were professional and super helpful. My ring was finished two days sooner than they predicted and looks amazing. My wife’s wedding ring was missing a prong and the band had a crack in it and when I picked it up it looked brand new when it’s actually like 61 years old. It was my mom’s first ring from my dad and the diamond was the first diamond my father in law gave my mother in law. I can’t thank the ladies at Zak’s enough for not only being gentle with such a precious ring but making it look so great. My wife was super happy when she saw it.

I walked into this place and immediately felt very comfortable. The atmosphere and the staff were very welcoming. I brought in a few of my watches to be repaired. The woman who helped me paid attention to detail. She handled my belongings with care. The staff called and kept me updated on the process. Would definitely recommend.

Very nice jewelry store, I was looking in the area and place that could fix my necklace and Zaks Jewelry popped up I went there. The lady that helped me was super nice and to me first impression are a lot this place will be my go to from now on. Great place with friendly staff and very reasonable prices. I have seen Zak's on TV but had never had reason to go since I'm not much of a "jewelry" person. However I recently was looking a special gift for my grandsons culinary school graduation and they were able to make a great gold plated pin out of a small metal spatula I had. I'm very pleased with both the work and the price. Will definitely go there again .
