I had several rings serviced for size and stone replacement. All work was well done and staff is open and friendly, and most importantly knowledgeable. They also make jewelry upon request, which I found many other jewelers are distributors for other companies and do not design.

I took my wedding ring in to be sized, they were awesome, the new size fits perfect & they gave me good info on compression sleeves to wear on my fingers due to arthritis. I highly recommend Zak’s!!

Zak’s is the best! My fiancé and I ordered my wedding rings originally from another jewelry store and weren’t happy at all with their service, so we took the rings to Zak’s to have them cleaned and resized. The employees that helped us both when dropping off our rings, and picking them up were absolutely wonderful and were very friendly and helpful. My rings turned out perfect and are so shiny and well sized. Plus we were able to pick them up within a few days which was a huge plus! We will always be using Zak’s for all things jewelry related from now on!

Seriously the best jewlers in town! My wife's wedding ring had a stone fall out, and I had to get my ring resized. I was quoted $65 by the company I bought the ring from just to have my wife's ring fixed, plus shipping!
Zaks charged me $60 to not only fix her ring but also resize mine! They also did this in like 2 days, where the original company stated it would take them 3 weeks!

The women who helped when I came to have my gold necklace repaired was lovely and very accomdating. She checked the supply ordering book and pointed out a lobster claw closure. I said it looked very small compared to my lost original one. She said No, it was the usual for my chain.
Well, Ive got it and Im having a very difficult time with it. I have tried 5 or 6 times & had to stop- so frustrated !!
After a time I tried again and did it !
Now I know I will be very hesitant to take it off
Its a shame- so expensive for so much aggrevation.

Zak’s Jewelry did an amazing job on servicing my husband’s Rolex , they updated the appraisal and did the maintenance , they gave it back and it looked brand new ! They also repaired my wedding band , tightened the prongs and replaced a diamond that fell out. We are so pleased with the service and prices , it’s the only jeweler we will use :)

Wonderful work. Fixed a prong on my diamond. And did Rhodium plating on my wedding set. It looks beautiful! Very reasonable and done in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone. That's how I found out about them, through a friend. And very friendly, excellent customer service.

I’ve been going to Zak’s for over 40 years. They have designed rings, earrings and repaired my jewelry throughout the years. I love Diane who always seems to be there when I go in. Beautiful showroom with new and some estate or previously owned pieces. It’s my go to place for all my jewelry needs. I highly recommend. Please be patient as showroom does get very busy.
